Kids Training

As a NASM Level 4 Youth Exercise Specialist, I can work with children from 5 – 18 to provide virtual home workouts, structured around body growth and easy-to-follow exercises. Having worked as a Sports Teaching Assistant, I developed a deep urge to want to help children achieve their goals in sport, but more so to reach out to those who may be struggling in confidence in their sports lessons.

1-1 Personal Training

I can work with children on a 1-1 level to encourage them with personal fitness goals. These are bespoke sessions, designed entirely around your child’s requirements. Typically, this could be a program to enhance their sporting performance or alternatively it could involve boosting their confidence so that sport becomes enjoyable rather than daunting.

Holiday Camps

School holidays and half terms, 5 days a week 10am – 3pm. Please email me for more information.
