Group classes are a brilliant way to get fit whilst feeling part of a wider team. No matter what your personal fitness levels are, all my group classes are designed for you to challenge yourself, not anybody else.


This is my signature class – 30 minutes of high intensity interval training. Providing a fat burning combination of cardiovascular and strength work. Designed to get the heart rate up, build endurance and strength. No session is the same – come and try it for yourself! Open to all fitness levels with progressions/alternatives offered throughout the class.


Designed to push you out of your comfort zone and build your stamina both mentally and physically. Use these challenges as a benchmark of your own fitness. We will work in 4 week blocks, each week increasing the intensity ever so slightly.


This is a slower paced session. Designed to increase your overall strength through weekly programmed blocks, the main focus being towards runners and cyclists. 30 minutes with a variety of upper and lower body functional strength training, using a combination of isolation and compound exercises. It will leave you feeling stronger physically and mentally.
